2015 STARTING POINT
I started working for XtremeMac in 2015. In charge of redesigning the company’s main website and e-commerce sites. Using XtremeMac’s sports theme I started designing the website accordingly. The user experience was very important, due to the fact that the company’s products are sold internationally. I also managed the online store in Israel, and at the same time promoted the different products using different methods and social networks.
I started working for XtremeMac in 2015. In charge of redesigning the company’s main website and e-commerce sites. Using XtremeMac’s sports theme I started designing the website accordingly. The user experience was very important, due to the fact that the company’s products are sold internationally. I also managed the online store in Israel, and at the same time promoted the different products using different methods and social networks.
PRODUCT SELECTION
Due to the different needs per country it was very challenging to select the correct products and prices per country. The site at that point worked in five different locations. France, USA, Hong Kong, Germany and Israel.
The products were selected according to price range and extreme research throughout the five countries. We had testing groups from each country discuss their needs and issues in order to best select our products.
In April 2016, We started working hard on the website promotion. XtremeMac at that point had collaborated with athletes worldwide, so our products started to receive recognition throughout conventions and on social media. After about 4 month of UX, and some AB testing we established that selling the same products for all countries would be a mistake.
During this time I worked with Israeli suppliers, and cellphone companies, and received great reviews on the products.

2016 CES – PRODUCT CATALOG
The catalog was created a few months before the 2016 CES show, with a very short and tight deadline. The project came out great and the team involved did a great job, the show itself was great for XtremeMac. Some of the products where extremely innovative during 2016.
